To me it seems like a sine wave, with its magnitude extending on either sides of the time line...
If last week was the positive peak, this week is the negative... :(

I now realize... It does not hurt much when you already have an admit in your pocket...
But then too, am a bit disappointed... M not sure if I would have joined UNC over Emory (which comes with $$$), but yet, a rejection is after all a rejection.... It deserves its share of sad smileys... :(:(:(...

Just dropped back to add a note... I was going through my UNC essays and found out the stupidest mistake ever... The name of the school is Kenan Flagler Business School (KFBS) and from dont know where I have mentioned "KNBS" everywhere in my essays.... :):) Not sure, if this had an impact on the decision, but it is certainly something that should have been avoided...

Congratulations on Emory - I have a friend who is currently going to school there and loves it.
I went to college in NC and think that UNC is a pretty solid college, but the reality is Emory is ranked quite a few nothces higher than UNC.

Nopss.... Havent heard anything from McCombs yet... But I have found that it is (in)famous for delayed replies and long waits... :( And btw, where are the posts on your blog? Or is it restricted access kinda thing? ;-?

Yes, UNC and Emory are ranked very close... BW ranks UNC high but yes, as you mentinoed, some other rankings keep Emory higher...

I have applied to Emory for the 1st feb deadline. Hoping for the best.
I also have an admit from Notre Dame with 75% schol.
Well, Emory is a great school, so nothing to worry. BTW, a friend of mine did get a call from McCombs last week.
It would possibly bring more of the details and essential elements which students must needed to regard about even and by the time would also prove to be much better. ucf physician assistant
